The service

Phronis provides tools for rehearsing conversations with simulated personas and reviewing automated feedback. Personas and responses are generated for practice and do not represent real people or their views.

Automated responses and assessments can be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your circumstances. Phronis is an educational practice tool and does not provide legal, medical, financial, employment, or other professional advice. Use your own judgment and independently verify important information.

Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 18 years old to use Phronis. By creating an account or using the service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Use an account you are authorized to access, provide accurate account information, and take reasonable steps to protect your sign-in credentials. You are responsible for activity conducted through your account and for the information you choose to submit, including spoken content and custom scenarios.

Acceptable use

Use Phronis lawfully and respectfully. Do not use the service to infringe another person’s rights, violate applicable law, disrupt or compromise the service, or submit content you do not have the right to use.

Do not present generated content as a real person’s statement, endorsement, or commitment. You may not misuse, copy, or interfere with the service or its security.

Plans and payments

Available features, plan limits, prices, and billing periods are shown in Phronis or at checkout. Paid subscriptions renew for the billing period shown at purchase unless cancelled. A third-party payment service provider processes checkout and payment details and provides subscription management. Cancellation and billing changes take effect according to the terms shown during purchase or in the billing portal.

Your access to paid features may change if a subscription expires, is cancelled, or payment cannot be completed. Any refund or cancellation rights provided by applicable law remain unaffected.

Privacy and third-party services

Our Privacy Notice explains how information is handled when you use Phronis. The service may rely on third-party providers for hosting, account access, artificial intelligence, speech and voice features, customer support, and payments. If enabled, site analytics may also be provided by a third party. These providers may process information to support the service and may be subject to their own terms and privacy practices.

Availability and changes

We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features as Phronis develops. We work to keep the service available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every response or feature will be available at all times. We may suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, comply with law, or address a material breach of these terms.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, Phronis is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that generated content will be accurate, complete, reliable, or suitable for a particular purpose.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. To the extent permitted by law, Phronis Assistant is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service.

Changes, governing law, and contact

We may update these terms as the service or applicable requirements change. The date at the top of this page indicates when these terms were last updated. We will provide notice or seek consent for changes where required by applicable law.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India with jurisdiction under applicable law may hear disputes, subject to mandatory rights and protections that apply to you.
